Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales of Phizico products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or unopened items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Received

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
